Awareness and usage of AI tools.
The AI tools market already has clear leaders, but the real competition is only beginning.
ChatGPT has the highest levels of both awareness (83%) and usage (72%), making it the clear leader. Gemini ranks second — 64% awareness and 50% usage. Then there is a significant gap: Copilot — 20% awareness and 9% usage, DeepSeek — 19% and 7%, Claude — 15% and 6%, Grammarly — 11% and 4%.
The key point here is not just popularity, but the conversion from awareness to usage. Among the leaders, this conversion is significantly higher, indicating real integration into everyday workflows. For the rest, awareness does not translate into active use.
This means the competition is no longer about awareness, but about regular usage and integration into real working scenarios.
For businesses, this is a clear signal: it’s not enough to know about these tools — it’s crucial to understand which ones actually become part of daily work.
Do you rely on one tool as a standard, or do you test several in parallel?
